Topics that we discussed

Innovation does not depend on the size of the company; whether in startups, established corporations, or investment positions, the essence of pushing boundaries and creating new value remains consistent.
A pivotal aspect of fostering innovation within a company involves creating an environment of openness in which employees feel empowered to express ideas freely.
By embracing emerging technologies, companies should strive for a long-term perspective that considers not only the immediate applications of innovations but also their potential future implications.
The application of lean startup principles, emphasizing the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) approach and iterative development is equally vital for larger organizations.
While AI promises to streamline operations and offer new insights, it also poses challenges, particularly in transparency and the potential compression of margins.
